For me, at least, art is not something we necessarily produce; it is also what we chose from our environment. The way we look at things and our past experiences are involved in our "evaluation" of what we see. At the end, even those masterpieces produced by famous artist are subject to our "evaluation". What is interested me is to look at things and try to "read" them and enhance the vision that I see, and if possible give them a functions that increase their value in average people eyes. Every piecs of wood is a book of history and beauty. Look at it from the right angle and you will read it. Najdi |
